Stefani Vara Mayberry is a multi-passionate creative and entrepreneur using her voice, story, and family legacy to inspire others to find their light and magnify what matters most. 

Stefani Vara Mayberry is an author, singer, entrepreneur, wife, mother, and co-owner of Austin Safety Council, where she proudly helps carry forward her family’s legacy in the safety industry. A natural storyteller and creative spirit, Stefani has always believed that purpose shows up in many forms, through music, business, family, faith, and the courage to keep following the path in front of you. 

Born with a passion for connecting with people, Stefani earned her degree in Communications from the University of Colorado and has spent much of her life building relationships, creating opportunities, and finding ways to bring people together. Whether through a song, a stage, a business meeting, or a community event, she leads with heart, energy, and a deep desire to inspire others. 

As co-owner of Austin Safety Council, Stefani continues the work inspired by her father, Danny Vara, whose legacy and belief that “Safety is a Mindset” remain at the heart of the organization. Through her leadership in outreach, partnerships, workforce development, and community engagement, she helps connect companies with safety training, occupational health services, and resources that protect workers and strengthen industries across Texas. Her work reflects her family’s commitment to people, prevention, and making sure every worker goes home safe. 

Beyond business, Stefani is also a singer and creative entrepreneur. Her music and writing are rooted in themes of hope, healing, resilience, passion, and purpose. Her song “Magnify” encourages listeners to shift their focus, find the light within, and remember that there is nothing they can’t do. As an author, Stefani continues that same message through her writing, encouraging others to follow their passion, trust their vision, and take bold steps toward the life they were created for. 

Stefani’s journey has been shaped by love, loss, faith, family, and the determination to keep moving forward. As a wife and mother, she is passionate about creating a life that honors both her roots and her dreams. She believes in showing up fully — for her family, her community, her work, and the creative calling placed on her life.
